  • Payment history and bill statements for up to twelve months
  • Easy access to report a service issue 

These features put the processes most used by customers available at the touch of a button. The MyFTC app provides access to these features allowing customers to perform tasks quickly and easily without needing access to a computer or contacting customer service.
