Installation process

It is not necessary to disconnect your current TV service before your TV service is installed. For more details, contact an FTC Customer Service Representative, who can let you know more about the installation process. To ensure that you have the best experience with FTC TV, we recommend someone be at home while we’re installing TV so that we can answer questions and give basic start-up directions.
