- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Onion
- Celery
- Jalapeno Peppers
- Zucchini

- Roasted Red Peppers
- Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
Directions
Start with butter in a hot skillet and add onions, chopped celery, jalapenos, and zucchini. Add bologna to stir fry and let cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, soy sauce, broccoli, roasted red peppers and 2 Tbsp of hot sauce.
