Ingredients
- 2 lbs wings
- 1 cup mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Salt and pepper wings. Bake wings on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350° until tender and juices run clear (about 20 – 30 minutes). Over low heat, mix mustard, brown sugar, pepper, vinegar and minced onion. Bring to a slow boil and reduce heat. Baste wings on one side with sauce and return to oven for about 5 minutes. Baste wings on the side and return to oven for 5 additional minutes. Depending on taste, repeat this step.
