Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 2 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Sauté onions, green peppers and mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil until onions are transparent. Add ground beef and sauté until well done. Add soups and mix well. Heat through. Add drained, cooked macaroni and mix well. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
