Ingredients
- Cow Tripe (Belly)
- Olive Oil
- Sweet Potatoes
- Canned Asparagus
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Clowney’s Seasoning
- Butter
Directions
Cow Tripe
Slice up and boil tripe for 30 minutes. Drain tripe from water and fry in olive oil.
Sweet Potato Fries
Peel and cut sweet potato. Fry potato for a few minutes on medium heat. Cover with brown sugar, slat, or whatever you like.
Asparagus Dish
Cut asparagus up and place in pan with butter. Let butter melt and add cream of mushroom soup. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Uncover and add sharp cheddar cheese. Cover and let cheese melt.
