Ingredients
- 3 pounds red potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced fresh garlic
- Greek sauce to moisten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook potatoes until soft but not mushy. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and then add Greek sauce to moisten. Add salt and pepper to taste.
