Hamburger Casserole
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
- 1/2 Cup of Bell Peppers
- 1/2 Cup of Mushrooms
- 1.5 Pounds of Extra Lean Ground Beef
- Bow of Elbow Macaroni Noodles
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Cream of Celery Soup
- Cup of Colby Jack Cheese
Baked Spaghetti Casserole
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
- 1/2 Cup of Bell Peppers
- 1/2 Cup of Mushrooms
- 1.5 Pounds of Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 2 TBS Italian Seasoning
- 2 TBS Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Spaghetti Noodles
- 24 oz Jar of Chunky Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce
- Can of Stewed Tomatoes
- Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 TBS Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Cookie Bars
- Shortbread Cookies crumbled
- 1/3 Cup of Butter
- Pecans
- Chocolate Chips
- Angle Flaked Coconut
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Hamburger Casserole: Heat Olive up and add onions and peppers and cook until onions are transparent, add mushrooms, add salt and pepper. Add Ground Beef. Add garlic powder and continue to stir until beef is cooked. Bring pot of salted water to a boil, add noodles and bring back to a boil. Cook noodles for 8 minutes. Then drain off water. To hamburger, add a small can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of celery soup. Stir well. Preheat oven to 375. Use a disposable casserole dish. Add noodles to skillet with hamburger and pour into casserole dish, Add Colby jack cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Add Italian seasoning garlic powder and continue to stir until beef is cooked. Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for seven minutes. Bring pot of salted water to a boil, add noodles and bring back to a boil. Cook noodles for 8 minutes. Then drain off water and put noodles in a large bowl. Add hamburger and sauce atop noodles and mix well. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir. Preheat oven to 375. Use a disposable casserole dish. Sprinkle on a little more Parmesan to top and then add Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cookie Bars: Mix crumbled cookies and butter and put in baking dish. Add a layer of pecans, a layer of chocolate chips and a layer of coconut, and pour sweetened condensed milk over the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and cut into bars.
