Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 small jar mushrooms (drained)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
Saute ground beef and pour off excess fat. Saute green pepper and onions in a little olive oil. Add to ground beef. Add mushrooms. Add cream soups and mix well. Heat through. Add macaroni and mix. Pour into a
greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 until cheese melts.
