Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
- 4 eggs (hard boiled and sliced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 stick butter
Directions
Spray a 13×9” glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken pieces and then eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup and chicken broth and pour over chicken and eggs. Melt butter. Mix butter, flour, and milk until smooth and pour over chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 425° until golden brown. (About 30 – 45 minutes)
