Ingredients
Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients:
4 TBS Olive Oil
1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
1 bunch Spring Onions, sliced
2 Eggs, scrambled
1 small Bell Pepper, chopped
1 small bag frozen Peas and Carrots
½ can Bean Sprouts
1 pound medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
5 cups cooked Rice
Soy Sauce to taste
Directions
Shrimp Fried Rice:
Scramble the eggs and remove from wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to wok and brown shrimp. Remove from wok and set aside. Add half of yellow and spring onions and peppers to wok with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté until tender. Next add bean sprouts and rice mixing well. Finally add peas and carrots, shrimp, scrambled eggs and remainder of bell pepper, stir and add soy sauce to taste. Allow to heat through and serve.
