Stuffed Chicken Breast
- 2 large boneless chicken breast
- Sharpe cheddar cheese
- Cream cheese
- Jalapeño peppers
- Thick bacon
- Zesty Italian and honey mustard salad dressing
Green Beans:
- Fresh green beans
- Butts meat
- Cavenders’ Seasoning
- Texjoy Seasoning
Directions
Stuffed Chicken Breast: Butterfly both chicken breast. Mix two tablespoon of cream cheese and sharpe cheddar. Spread cheese mixture in butterflied chicken breast. De-seed two large jalapeño and cut in small slices. Add to stuffing. Close up chicken breasts and wrap with thick bacon, securing with toothpicks. Cut into two inch pieces and marinate in salad dressing for 30-45 minutes. Grill until bacon becomes crispy and chicken juice runs clear.
Green Beans: Fry two strips of butts meat, add green beans, Cavender’s and Texjoy. Cook until done 30-35 minutes at medium heat.
