Ingredients

- Dales Meat Marinade
- Texjoy, black pepper, and any other seasoning of choice
Sweet Potatoes
- Sweet potatoes
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
Cabbage
- Head of cabbage cored and rough chopped
- 2 to 3 Strips of bacon
- Texjoy, Cavendars, salt and pepper
Directions
Venison
Trim and butterfly venison. Add Dale’s Marinade and other seasonings. cook over hot fire to desired wellness
Sweet Potatoes
Wash Potatoes and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until soft. Split potatoes and top with butter and brown sugar if desired.
Cabbage
Fry out bacon until crisp in large frying pan. Remove bacon and add cabbage. Stir to distribute bacon grease. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cook on medium heat and stir occasionally. Can be cover with lid to steam. Cook for 20 minutes or longer until desired texture is achieved. Crumble bacon and add to cabbage.
